摘要
2012年9月河南省新乡市某养猪场发生一例以初产母猪流产、死产,断奶仔猪精神沉郁、呼吸困难、食欲不振、轻微腹泻、渐进性消瘦为特征的疾病。采用PCR技术进行检测,结果表明猪圆环病毒2型和猪细小病毒均为阳性,结合发病情况、临床症状及剖检变化,初步确定为PCV2和PPV混合感染。
A disease characterized by abortion and stillbirth of first farrowing sow, depression, dyspnea, loss of appe- tite, mild diarrhea, progressive weight loss of the weaning piglets happened in a hoggery in Xinxiang Henan in Septem- ber 2012.The detection results were positive by PCR for both Porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV2） and Porcine parvovirus （PPV）. Combining with the morbidity, clinical symptoms and autopsy change, mixed infection of PCV2 and PPV were reliminarilv determined.
