摘要
从西畴县林地保护利用现状入手,分析了林地保护利用中存在的林地保护与利用矛盾突出、对林业的重要性认识不足、需要统一规划管理、林业管理体制与机制有待进一步完善、商品林地经营水平依然不高等问题,提出了林地分级保护、森林分类区划、林地用途管制的对策措施。
Starting from forest protection and utilization of Xichou County, analyzes the problems of forest protec- tion and utilization in the presence of woodland protection and utilization of contradictions, the importance of for- estry still need to improve, need unified planning and management,forestry management system, mechanisms need to be further improved, the commodity forest management level is still not high ,and puts forward countermeasures to forest classification protection,forest classification regionalization,forest land use control.
