摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病皮肤瘙痒的病因病机。方法:查阅近期有关糖尿病皮肤瘙痒的国内外文献报道并进行综述。结果:糖尿病皮肤瘙痒的发病率高,中西医对其认识各有千秋。结论:糖尿病皮肤瘙痒是多种因素相互作用的结果,病机特点是本虚标实,虚实夹杂,多以血瘀内动为标,以肝、脾、肾亏虚为主。
Objective ： To explore the causes and pathogenesis of diabetic skin pruritus. Methods ： Refer to the recent domestic and foreign literatures were reviewed of diabetic skin pruritus. Results ： The high incidence of diabetic skin pruritus, traditional chinese medicine and westem medicine on the understanding of each has its own merits. Conclusion ： Diabetes skin pruritus is the result of interaction of the various factors. Pathogenesis characteristics of diabetes skin pruritus is the interior deficiency and exterior excess, and deficiency - excess complex, with blood stasis in moving as exterior, and deficiency of spleen and kidney for the root.
