新型抗血小板药物研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 动、静脉栓塞引发的血栓病发病率与死亡率多年来一直居高不下,因而抗血小板药物开发是心血管药物研发的热点领域。抗血栓药物治疗的目的在于预防高危患者的病理性血栓形成,防止已形成血栓的患者体内的血凝块扩展或发生栓塞。本文主要概述研发新型抗血栓药物的必要性,新上市与目前正在进行Ⅱ期或Ⅲ期临床试验的抗血小板药物的研究进展。
