摘要
目的 研究海星甾醇A1998对AlCl3 所致急性衰老小鼠记忆障碍的保护作用及其作用机制。方法 scAlCl370mg·kg-1共 7d ,po 6 4,19 2 ,5 7 6mg·kg-1海星甾醇A1998共 2 5d后 ,测定“Y”型迷宫实验、跳台实验、避暗法实验小鼠的学习记忆能力 ,同时测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 海星甾醇各剂量组能够减少小鼠受触电击次数和动物数 ,缩短到达终点时间 ;2 4h后重复实验 ,可延长跳下平台的潜伏期 ,减少错误次数和频率 ;能够明显延长避暗法实验小鼠进入暗箱的潜伏期 ,增强GSH Px及SOD活性。结论 海星甾醇对AlCl3 所致急性衰老小鼠记忆障碍具有保护作用 ,能增强记忆的获得、巩固和再现。其作用机制可能是增强GSH Px及SOD活性 。
AIM To study the protective effects and mechanism of starfish sterol(A1998) on brain memory obstruction of mouse acute senescent model induced by AlCl 3. METHODS After sc AlCl 3 70 mg·kg -1 for 7 d and po A1998 6 4, 19 2,57 6 mg·kg -1 for 25 d, using “Y” maze, step down test and step through test examined the ability of learning and memory of mice and measured the glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in mouse blood. RESULTS Starfish sterol could reduce time to destination and number of electric stroke and stroked mice, prolong latency of mouse's step down and latency of entering dark cabin, reduce wrong times and frequency after 24 hours, improve activities of GSH Px and SOD. CONCLUTION Starfish sterol had protective effects on brain memory obstruction of mouse acute senescent model induced by AlCl 3, enhanced the acquirement , strengthening and reappearance of memory. Its mechanism is due to improving the activities of GSH Px and SOD, protecting the brain neuron from harm of lipoperoside.
