促红细胞生成素对神经以及视网膜保护作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病性视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性、视网膜脱离、视乳头水肿、视神经损伤等均为眼科的常见疾病,其共同病理机制是视网膜神经节细胞、光感受器细胞等神经元的损伤及凋亡,导致视力下降甚至丧失。因此,在视网膜疾病中采取神经保护措施对患者视力恢复具有重要意义。
