摘要
采用电弧驻点烧蚀试验研究纤维分布对C/C复合材料烧蚀性能的影响,表征非均匀编织体结构C/C复合材料中不同大小结构单元、不同方向材料的烧蚀性能。结果表明,细化预制体结构单元,可以提高C/C复合材料的抗烧蚀性能;垂直燃气流方向的纤维与平行燃气流方向的纤维相比,纤维含量提高有利于材料抗烧蚀性能的提高。该结果可用于烧蚀C/C复合材料预制体结构的设计中。
The influence of carbon fibers distribution on ablative performance of C/C composite was studied. Ablative properties of C/C composite, with different structure were characterized by arc stagnation point ablation testing. The results show that ablative performance of C/C composite can be improved by thinning preform structure unit. The C/C composite whose fiber is perpendicular to hot gas flow direction has better anti-ablative performance than that of in which fiber is parallel to hot gas flow direction. And increasing the content of fiber perpendicular to hot gas flow direction is of benefit to the raising of anti-ablative performance of C/C composite. The results can be used in the design of preform of ablation function C/C composite.
