摘要
研究了苯酚光催化降解过程中苯酚及3种中间体 (对苯二酚、对苯二醌、邻苯二酚 )含量的高效液相色谱测定方法 ,获得了同时测定4种物质的较佳液相色谱条件 :流动相V(甲醇 )∶V(水 )=30∶70 ,流速为0.8mL/min ,进样体积为20μL ,检测波长为280nm。用外标法进行了定量 ,相对标准偏差和回收率分别为0.31 %~1.13 %和97.2%~101.7% ,该法快速、简便、准确 ,适合于苯酚光催化降解过程中样品的分析。
A HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of phenol and its photo _ catalyzed degradation intermediates, benzoquinone, hydroquinone and catechol is described. The composition of mobile phase and flow rate of mobile phase were investigated, and a set of favourable chromatographic conditions was obtained as follows: the composition of mobile phase V(methanol)∶V(water)=30∶70, flow rate 0.8 mL/min, injection volume 20 μL, wavelength of detection 280 nm. The contents of the compounds were determined by external standard method. The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, and the relative standard deviation and recovery are in the range of 0.31%~ 1.13% and 97.2%~101.7%, respectively.
