摘要
以芒柄花素为先导化合物,对其进行结构修饰,合成了3′,5′-二异丙基芒柄花素、8-羟甲基芒柄花素、7-苄氧基芒柄花素,并采用薄层色谱(TCL),IR光谱和^1NMR对其进行了结构表征。以上化合物的合成,丰富了芒柄花素衍生物的种类和性质,为进一步研制开发芒柄花素类新药提供了物质基础。
Three derivatives of formononetin, 3′, 5′-diisopropylformononetin, 8-hydro- xymethylformononetin and 7-benzyl-O-formononetin were synthesized by structural modification and their structures were characterized by TCL,IR and ^1H NMR. The syntheses of these derivatives not only enriched the species and properties of formononetin but also provided the material foundations for further developing its new drugs.
