摘要
我国国家数字出版基地获得了快速发展,但在建设中存在困局,需要转变发展思路,即基地在建设过程中应实行差异化发展、合理选择入驻企业、加强政府引导与支持、兼顾管理企业的经营性与功能性、培养并引进数字出版专业人才等,以促进国家数字出版基地健康发展。
National digital publishing bases have developed rapidly in China, however, there are still some predicaments during the construction. So the bases should transform the operating ideas to promote the healthy development. The construction measures of the bases should include that carrying on differential development strategy, choosing settled enterprises reasonably, strengthening governmental guides and supports, developing and attracting digital publishing professionals, and so on.
