摘要
本文对拉线润滑液的滤清系统及基本原理进行了扼要介绍及探讨 ,以使用户在选用或改造滤清系统时更注重其科学性。
This article will acquaint the reader to the fundamentals. It will touch on solids generation in wire drawing as well as production problems with poorly maintained lubricant. A closer discussion on proper lubricant system design and the various system concepts will follow. Vary options are available depending on space and size constraints, and also the economic limitation of the manufacturing plant. Proper selection from among the various methods of clarification depend on the application. The different technology and their appropriate use will be briefly covered.
