摘要
对华能石洞口二厂 60 0 MW机组 / 级减温器结构存在的问题及其改进的原因进行了分析和探讨 ,介绍了设备改造的方案和施工方案 。
The nozzle of primary attemperator in SDK Power Plant's No.1 unit was found broken in 1996 during overhaul period, a further inspection found the internal sleeve pipe was also broken down. A Cause analysis of the failure concluded that there exists design defects in original attemperating system and consequently a retrofit of the system was carried out in 1998. The design and construction plan of the retrofit project are described and a supervising measure of the attemperating system is suggested.
