摘要
目的研究系统康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法本研究采用系统康复训练的模式对康复者之家的35名患者进行了3个月的康复训练,并对康复训练前后患者的生活质量进行测评,研究系统康复训练后患者生活质量方面的变化。结果①采用两均数的t检验对数据进行分析,研究结果发现系统康复训练对患者物质生活总分有显著影响(t=5.69,P<0.05),干预前为(51.18±5.22),而干预后为(54.21±6.08),在分项中仅对社区服务一项有显著影响(t=5.87,P<0.05),干预前得分为(11.25±1.61),干预后为(13.38±1.59);②对患者躯体功能总分及4项分项得分均有显著影响(P<0.05);③对患者心理功能总分及4项分项均具有显著影响(P<0.05);④对患者社会功能总分及4项分项均有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论系统康复训练对提高患者生活质量具有较好效果,值得在慢性精神分裂症患者康复中运用。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation training on life quality of chronic schizophrenia patients. Methods The rehabilitation training was used in the study. 35 patients attended three-month training. Their life quality was assessed before and after training. Results① Rehabilitation training affected the total material life score significantly （t = 5.87,P〈0.05）. The total score was（51.18±5.22） before the intervention,but it was （54.21±6.08） after intervention. The training only affected the score of community serve significantly （t = 5.87,P〈0.05）②The total score was （11.25 ±1.61 ） before the intervention, but it was （13.38±1.59） after intervention. The rehabilitation training affected the total score of body function and subgroup scores signifi cantly（P〈0. 05）. ③The rehabilitation training affected the total score of psychological function and subgroup scores significantly （P〈0.05）. ④The rehabilitation training affected the total score of social function and subgroup scores significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation training is significance for patients to improve life quality and it is worthy to use in rehabilitation training of chronic schizophrenia patients.
