FOXO1基因多态性与2型糖尿病易感性的关联性分析 被引量:8

Association analysis between FOXO1 gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨中国北方汉族人群叉头转录因子O1(FOXO1)基因多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)易感性的关系,阐明FOXO1基因与T2DM的关联性。方法:采用病例-对照研究设计,选取190例T2DM患者为病例组,193例健康人为对照组。应用基质辅助激光解吸附电离飞行时间质谱分析技术(MALDI-TOF-MS)检测FOXO1基因上rs2755213、rs2701880和rs10507486位点的多态性。结果:病例组和对照组rs2701880、rs2755213和rs10507486位点的等位基因和基因型频数分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3个位点组成的3种单倍型rs2755213-rs2701880、rs2701880-rs10507486、rs2755213-rs2701880-rs10507486在病例组和对照组中的分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:未发现FOXO1基因rs2755213、rs2701880和rs10507486多态性与中国北方汉族人群T2DM的易感性存在关联。 Objective To explore the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of forkhead box transcription factor O1 (FOXO1) and the susceptibility to type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in the Han population of Northern China, and to clarify the association between SNPs of FOXO1 gene and T2DM. Methods Using case- control study design, 190 cases of T2DM patients were recruited in case group and 193 healthy persons were selected as control group. The method of Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALI-TOF-MS) was applied to detect the SNPs of rs2755213, rs2701880, and rs10507486 in FOXO1 gene. Results There were no significant differences in the frequencies of the alleles and the genotypes at rs2701880, rs2755213 and rs10507486 sites between two groups (P〉0.05). There were no significant differences in the distribution of the haplotypes rs2755213- rs2701880, rs2701880-rs10507486 and rs2755213-rs2701880- rs10507486 formatted by rs2701880, rs2755213 and rs10507486 sites between two groups (P 〉 0.05). Oonclusion The polymorphisms of rs2701880, rs2755213 and rs10507486 in FOXO1 gene may not be the biomarkers of susceptibility to T2DM in Han population of Northern China.
