摘要
[目的]了解2012年贵州省贵阳、合肥、平塘、平坝和黔西5地白背飞虱种群对7种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。[方法]稻茎浸渍法进行测定。[结果]白背飞虱种群对噻虫嗪的敏感性最高,LC50值在0.40~1.68 mg/L之间;其次为吡虫啉和毒死蜱,LC50值范围分别为0.42~6.89 mg/L和2.35~4.62 mg/L;对吡蚜酮、敌敌畏、噻嗪酮和异丙威的敏感性相对较低。[结论]贵阳和合肥白背飞虱种群对吡虫啉的敏感性差异超过16倍,白背飞虱抗药性地区建议采用其他药剂进行防治。
The paper aims to detect the susceptibilities to seven common insecticides of white-backed planthopper,which collected in 2012 from Guiyang,Zunyi,Pingba,Pingtang and Qianxi rice production districts in Guizhou province.[Methods] Rice stem-dipping method was conducted in this study.[Results] Experiments presented that different populations of Sogatella furcifera had the highest susceptibility to thiamethoxam,with LC50 value ranged from 0.40 to 1.68 mg/L,followed by imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos,with LC50 values ranged from 0.42 to 6.89 mg/L and 2.35 to 4.62 mg/L,respectively.All S.furcifera populations had much poor sensitivity to pymetrozine,dichlovos,buprofezin and isoprocarb.[Conclusions] Sensitivity ratio to imidacloprid between Guiyang and Zunyi population was more than 16.Much attention should be taken in some regions of imidacloprid resistance,other alternative pesticides could be used to manage the pest.
