摘要
对安徽省高校图工委1982-2012年的继续教育工作进行了总结回顾,指出继续教育工作存在馆员学习意愿不强、学习时间与经费缺乏保障、培训内容层次性不明显、培训形式单一等问题,认为应从健全继续教育制度、争取外部资金支持、丰富培训内容、创新培训形式等方面改进继续教育工作。
The librarian team construction is vital to the long-term development of librarianship. This essay summarizes and reviews the continuing education of Steering Committee for Academic Libraries of Anhui Provincial from 1982 to 2012, and points out some problems existing in current continuing education of librarians, such as the weak of learning motivation, the lack of time and funds guarantee, the unclear training level, and the invariable training form, etc. Therefore the author proposes that continuing education should be improved in aspects of perfecting continuing education system, seeking external funding support, enriching training content and innovating training forms.
