欧盟区域政策的演变及其收敛效应分析——兼论对中国缩小区域差距的启示被引量：3

摘要在欧盟经济发展与一体化的进程中,区域差距一直伴随其中,旨在缩小经济差距的欧盟区域政策是欧盟经济平衡发展的重要工具。文章回顾了欧盟区域政策的演变过程,并通过σ收敛和β收敛对欧盟区域政策的收敛效应进行了检验,尽管欧盟新成员国的经济存在σ收敛的迹象,但是并无有力的证据支持欧盟经济存在趋同现象。对中国缩小区域差距的启示是:要素市场改革;基础设施建设和社会保障投资等方面。
