摘要
用蒸馏水直接溶解白砂糖和冰糖样品,碘标准溶液滴定其二氧化硫含量,取6个样品与国标GB/T5009.34—2003蒸馏法进行方法比对验证,结果吻合很好。对3个样品分别进行6次平行样品重复性试验,其相对标准偏差分别为2.5%、2.6%、3.0%。该法准确可靠、简单快速、易操作、检测成本低,适用于企业在线生产对二氧化硫残留量的质控检测,同时也适用于大批量白砂糖和冰糖中二氧化硫残留量的快速测定和市场监管监控的快速检测。
White sugar and crystal sugar were dissolved directly by distilled water, and then were titrated the content of sulfur dioxide by iodine standard liquid. Take six samples to compare with the distillation method of GB/T5009.34--2003, the results were in good agreement. Repetition experiment was tested for three samples. Their relative standard deviations were 2.5%, 2.6% and 3.0%. The method is accuracy, reliability, simple, fast and easy to operate, the detection line is low. Especially, it is suitable for rapid determination of residual sulfur dioxide in mass white sugar and crystal sugar and provides the method to the market supervision monitoring for rapid detection.
