摘要
铜坑矿92号矿体位于大范围火区隐患区下,开采条件复杂。基于多层矿体开采顶板围岩崩落特性与规律,制定了残矿回采合理的顺序。采用束状孔大参数布孔,凿岩硐室布置成巷道的形式,采场高分层落矿和厚大尺寸揭顶崩落。工业试验生产能力2 237 t/d,贫化率13.5%,损失率9%。
The mining conditions in No. 92 orebody of Tongkeng Mine are complicaled with a wide range of potential fire accident area. Based on the characteristics and law of roof caving in multilayer orebody mining, a reasonable mining sequence for residual ore is developed. The block caving mining technology is characterized by bundle-holes with large param- eters, the drilling chamber arranged into tunnel, and high-layer stoping and large and thick roof-exposing earing as well. In industrial tests,the production capacity reaches 2 237t/d with the dilution rate of 13.5% and the loss rate of 9%.
