摘要
针对电力生产事故具有易突发、暂态过程短、发展速度快、对人机威胁大、处理困难等问题,从运行人员事故处理能力、电站技术管理水平和应急管理水平三方面提出了培养水电站运行人员事故处置能力的若干方式,探讨了提高水电站技术管理水平、应急管理水平的途径,从而达到减少事故及损失的目的。
Eelectric power production accident has characteristics of bursting, short transient process, fast response, great threat to the man-machine and difficult treatment. Number of ways for operator disposal of hydropower station acci- dent ability are proposed from the aspects of staff accident treatment ability, power plant technology management and e- mergency management raises. And then it discusses how to improve the technical management level, emergency manage- ment level, which achieves the purpose of reducing accidents and loss.
