摘要 目的 评价比较CT与PET对脊椎转移瘤的诊断价值。方法  34例病人 ,男 2 8例 ,女 6例 ,年龄 2 4~ 74岁。 34例原发灶明确。分别对其CT与PET检查结果进行比较。结果  34例中共侵犯椎骨 5 9个 ,包括颈椎 1个 ,胸椎 2 4个 ,腰骶椎 34个。CT与PET结果完全符合 2 5例 ,占 73 5 % (2 5 / 34 ) ;部分符合 7例 ,占 2 0 6 % (7/ 34 ) ;完全不符合 2例 ,占 5 9% (2 / 34 )。 5 9个椎骨中完全符合 45个椎骨 ,占 76 3% (45 / 5 9)。结论 CT与PET均不能作为脊椎转移瘤的常规检查 。 Purpose To assess the value of CT and PET in detecting spinal metastases. Methods Thirty four patients were studied(28 male and 6 famale,range age 24~74 years).34 patients with primary tumor were confirmed.To compare the results with CT and PET. Results 59 vertebraes were involved in 34 patients.25 patients of 34 patients(25/34)were compeletely accorded by CT and PET.7 patients(7/34)were partitively accorded,2 patients(2/34)were not accorded completely.45 vertebraes(45/59)were completely accorded. Conclusion CT and PET all wouldn't as general examination in detecting spinal metastases.But for primary tumor confirmed,PET maybe an effective way in detecting spinal metastases. [
