摘要
研究了人工感染犬传染性肝炎病毒(Infectious canine hepatitis virus,ICHV)的犬的肝组织血凝特性,发现以往患传染性肝炎(ICH)的犬肝中HA抗原检测不出的原因,不是因为肝组织中的病毒量不足或病毒不完整,而是因为组织中含有不耐热的血凝抑制物和可与完整ICHV竞争红细胞膜上的HA受体的游离单价HA抗原之故。通过加热处理消除非特异性血凝抑制物和加入具有共同亚群抗原的犬Ⅱ型腺病毒的免疫血清,使此种游离单价HA抗原凝聚成具有HA活性的多价HA抗原的办法,能用于ICH微量HA诊断。
The property of the virus in the liver of dogs infected with infectious canine hepatitis virus was studied. It was found that the inability of ICHV antigen in dog liver to agglutinate human red cells is not due to the incompleteness or low content of ICHV in the liver, but because the liver contained heat-sensitive hemagglutination inhibition substance and monovalent HA antigen competing for receptors on the RBC with intact ICHV. This monovalent non-virus associated HA antigen can be polymerized to polyvalent HA antigen by heat-treatment or by adding the immune serum of CAV-2 which has the same subgroup antigen as CAV-1.
