Impact of Control Stress of Box Girder Prestressing System and Testing Technology

摘要 为加强箱梁预应力体系施工控制,使工程施工实现设计意图,保证桥梁使用寿命和耐久性,采用公路桥梁结构设计系统软件GQJS,对预应力索在不同位置产生偏差后对预应力体系的影响和敏感性进行分析,结果表明:预应力索上浮偏差大小及钢绞线定位是否准确,对预应力设计体系影响巨大。通过比较国内外现有混凝土缺陷无损检测方法,提出了X射线技术检测预应力索定位及灌浆缺陷分析方法,并在工程实践中验证了可行性,具有较高的实际应用价值。 In order to strengthen construction control of box girder prestressing system, achieve the design intent in construction and ensure the bridge service life and durability, by using highway bridge structure design system software GQJS, the influence Of deviation occurred on the prestressed cabie in different positions on and its sensitivity to the prestressing system are analyzed. The result shows that the floating deviation of prestressed cable and the position accuracy of steel strands have enormous effect on designed prestressing system. By comparing domestic and foreign nondestructive testing methods, the X-ray technology for detecting prestressed cable locating and the analysis method of filling defect are proposed. The feasibility of the proposed method is proven in engineering practice, it has a high practical value.
