竹纤维/不饱和聚酯复合材料拉伸强度及断面图像特征

摘要 研究纤维形态和表面处理对竹纤维/不饱和聚酯复合材料拉伸强度的影响及断面图像差分刺激特征。结果表明,纤维形态对复合材料拉伸强度有显著影响。化学浆纤维和竹原纤维增强复合材料的拉伸强度显著高于竹粉与机械浆纤维增强的复合材料。竹纤维经1,6-己二异氰酸酯与2-羟乙基丙烯酸酯改性后,复合材料拉伸强度显著提高。纤维处理前复合材料拉伸断面图像差分刺激角度值的直方图高度明显高于处理后的,拉伸断面电镜图像差分刺激角度值反映了复合材料拉伸强度的差异。 Effects of fiber morphology and surface modification on the tensile strengths and fractured surface of bamboo fibers reinforced unsaturated polyester (UPE) composites were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength of bamboo-UPE composites is significantly influenced by fiber morphology. The tensile strength of chemical pulp fibers or long original bamboo fibers reinforced composites is much higher than that of bamboo particle fibers or mechanical pulp reinforced composites. After the bamboo fibers treated with a combination of 1, 6- diisocyanatohexane and 2-hydroxylethyl acrylate, the tensile strength of the bamboo-UPE composites increases.the heights of the histograms in the neighborhood regions around 1.5 and - 1.5 from the images of those without fiber treatment are higher than those of fiber treatment, indicating the differences of tensile strengths among composites with fiber treatment and without treatment.
