摘要
目的 观察老年高血压病心电图的异常改变特点。方法 对 2 76例老年高血压病患者的心电图检查进行对比分析。结果 老年高血压病心电图异常改变以ST—T改变、左室肥厚、心律失常为最常见 ,且发生率随血压增高而上升。结论 老年高血压病心电图异常改变无特异性 ,但对治疗有一定的指导意义。
To observe the abnomal electrocardiographic changes of old hypertension. Methods Contrast analysis on the electrocardiographic results of276 patients with old hypertension. Results The ST—T changes,left ventricular hypertrophy and arrhythmia are the most common for the abnomal electrocardiographic changes of old hypertension.The higher of the blood pressure,the more risiny of the incidence. Conclusion The abnomal electrocardiographic changes of old hypertension are not characteristic,but the results are of importance in the treatment.
