摘要
基于连续3年对湖北省随州、武穴和孝感3地900户稻农的实地调查数据,建立了计量经济模型,对稻农生产的经济效益及其影响因素进行了实证检验。结果表明,对稻农生产经济效益影响最大的是稻米出售价格;国家政策对稻农生产经济效益具有显著作用;务农人口和人均收入对稻农经济效益同样有重要作用。结合实证分析结果,最后提出了相应的政策建议,并对未来湖北省水稻生产前景进行了展望。
Based on the investigating data from 900 households of rice farmers in Suizhou, Wuxue and Xiaogan of Hubei province in three years serially, the author established an econometric model to analyze the economic benefits of farmers＇ rice producing and its influencing factors. The results showed that： sale price of rice had the most effect on the economic efficiency of rice farmers＇ production; national policy played a significant role in the economic benefits of rice farmers＇ production; farming population and per capita income also had an important impact on the economic efficiency. Combining the results of empirical analysis, we gave corresponding policy recommendations in the end of this paper, and looked forward to the prospect of rice production in Hubei province in the future.
