摘要
参与全球网络化生产对提升出口篮子成熟度具有重要作用。通过结合中国实际,考察了垂直专业化分工和加工贸易两种全球网络生产模式,在外商投资不断深化所产生的直接和间接溢出效应影响下,对35个工业行业出口产品篮子结构及成熟度的促进作用。研究结果表明:垂直专业化分工对提升出口篮子成熟度的效果比加工贸易网络模式更为显著;在垂直专业化分工模式下,应重视外商投资深化对出口篮子结构优化的间接溢出调节影响;鼓励外商在资本或技术密集行业、劳动密集行业持续深化投资,发挥其直接效用和间接溢出效应。
To participate in the global network production has an important effect on the im- provement of the maturity of export basket. According to China＇ s reality, this paper analyzes the two modes of global network production： the vertical specialization of labor division and the process- ing trade. The direct and indirect spillover effects resulted from the continual deepening of foreign in- vestments can play a role in promoting the export products basket structure and the maturity of＇ 35 industries. The results of the study indicate that compared with processing trade network mode, the effect of vertical specialization of labor division on the improvement of export basket maturity is more significant. Under the vertical specialization of labor division, we should pay attention to the in- direct spillover effect of FDI deepening on export basket structural maturity. We should also encour- age foreign businessmen to invest continuously and deeply in the capital or technology intensive in- dustries and the labor intensive industries, so as to let them play their role in the direct effect and indirect spillover effect.
