摘要
采用PCR-SSCP方法对305只淮南麻黄鸡进行促卵泡激素β亚基(FSH-β)和多巴胺受体2(DRD2)基因多态性检测并测序,分析其与早期产蛋性状的关系。测序结果发现FSH-β基因有一处T→G突变,TT型基因型频率明显高于TG型,没有发现GG型;TT型个体28周龄产蛋数极显著高于TG型(P<0.01)。DRD2基因发现一处A→G突变,GG型个体开产日龄显著早于其他基因型个体(P<0.05),产蛋数显著高于其它基因型个体(P<0.05)。
The variation of beta-follicle stimulating hormone (FSH-β) and dopaine receptor 2 (DRD2) gene in 305 Huainan partridge chickens were detected by PCR-SSCP, and the association of the polymorphisms of FSH-β and DRD2 gene with early laying performance were analyzed. Sequencing results showed that there was a T→G mutation in FSH-β gene, genotype frequency of TT was significantly higher than TG, while GG was not found;28 weeks egg number of TT genotype was significantly higher than that of TG genotype (P〈0.01). There was a A→G mutation in DRD2,the age at first egg of GG genotype was significantly earlier than that of other genotypes (P〈0.05) and egg number was significantly higher than that of other genotypes (P〈0.05).
