摘要 目的:建立利用仪器分析多索茶碱未知杂质化学结构的方法。方法:应用HPLC-MS/MS、核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HMBC)技术,对多索茶碱及其未知杂质进行结构分析。结果:首次发现并确定多索茶碱未知杂质的结构。结论:该方法可为多索茶碱的质量控制提供依据。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the chemical structure of an unknown impurity in doxofylline. Methods: HPLC - MS/MS and nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1H - NMR, 13C - NMR, HMBC ) were a- dopted to analyze the chemical structure of doxofylline and its impurities. Results: The chemical structure of the un- known impurity was determined and identified. Conclusion: The established method can provide a comprehensive reference for quality control of doxofylline.
