使用手机诱发的镍接触性皮炎1例

摘要 1病历摘要患者女，22岁。右侧面部反复红斑、丘疹、瘙痒2年，再发2d，于2011年6月8日来我科门诊就诊。3年来患者面部反复出现红斑、丘疹及瘙痒，尤以夏季使用手机频繁时为重，未到医院治疗，曾偶尔自行外用复方醋酸地塞米松软膏（皮炎平），症状反复发作，可自行缓解．近2d再发。
