摘要 (续上期)2抗体基因序列的优化 越来越多的研究表明,抗体基因序列中存在的剪接信号、二级结构、GC含量以及密码子偏爱等影响抗体的表达水平。信号肽会影响抗体折叠、 The high expression of recombinant antibody in mammalian cells is dependent on the construction of high expression vector,optimization of antibody gene sequence,screening of stable antibody-expressing cell strains,modification of host cells as well as optimization of cell culture process.The progress in research on above-mentioned problems is reviewed in this paper.
