摘要
目的探讨肺曲菌球在多层螺旋CT中的表现和诊断价值。方法对经手术或穿刺活检证实的21例肺曲菌球的多层螺旋CT征象进行回顾性分析。结果 21例肺曲菌球中,4例见球中含气征,7例见气环征,9例见空气新月征,5例曲菌球在空洞(腔)内可随体位而滚动(滚珠征)。8例行平扫及增强扫描,均无明显强化。结论肺曲菌球有相对特异性的CT表现,多层螺旋CT对其有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To explore the manifestations of pulmonary aspergilloma （PA） on＇multislice spiral CT （MSCT） and its diagnostic value. Methods The manifestations of 21 cases with PA on MSCT, confirmed by surgery or puncture biopsy, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 21 cases reviewed, gas-containing sign in the ball was seen in four, air-ring sign in seven, air crescent sign in nine, and five was found intracavitary aspergilloma to be rolling with changing posture. No significant enrichment was shown after both plain scan and contrast enhancement in eight cases. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT has a higher value in the diagnosis of pulmonary aspergilloma because it has relatively specific manifestations on this examination.
