摘要
农本思想、"官本位"思想、"小富即安"及"安于现状"的风险厌思想等传统思想观念制约着农地流转。实现农地流转的传统思想观念创新在于:塑造现代市场经济理念以替代农民的农本思想;塑造平等、法制理念以替代农民的"官本位"思想;培育农民的企业家精神以弱化农民的风险厌恶思想。
Farmers＇ traditional ideas such as the agriculture -oriented thought, ranking thought, farmers＂ risk aversion with feature of ＂satisfaction from little income＂ and ＂satisfaction from status quo＂ have restrict the farmland transferring. The innovation of the traditional ideas that promotes the farmland transferring lie in： molding the concept of modern market economy in order to replace the agriculture-oriented thought; molding the concept of equality and legality in order to replace farmers＇ ranking thought; breeding farmers＂ entrepreneurship in order to reduce the farmer＇s ideas of risk aversion.
