摘要
对从美国引进的冷凝炉衬技术在高碳锰铁矿热炉上的应用进行了简要阐述,但目前该项技术仍停留在生产锰系铁合金的矿热炉范畴内,在大型化镍铁矿热炉中的应用仅处于探索阶段,因此,在总结一段时间内生产镍铁的实践经验基础上,针对冷凝炉衬的结构及其设计提出了建议。
The application of condensing lining technology in high carbon ferromanganese submerged arc furnace that introduced from the United States was briefly expounded, but now the technology is still in the production category of manganese ferroalloy-submerged arc furnace, it is the exploratory stage in large-scale ferronickel submerged arc furnace application, therefore, putting forward useful suggestion in allusion to condensing lining structure and design base on nickel iron production experience.
