摘要
调查乳腺癌患者术后自我管理行为现状,分析其影响因素。应用自我管理行为量表、中文版癌症自我效能评估量表及自行设计的一般资料调查表对260例乳腺癌术后患者进行问卷调查,并分析其影响因素。乳腺癌患者自我管理行为处于中等偏低水平,其影响因素为自我效能感、年龄、文化程度及术式。乳腺癌患者术后自我管理现状不容乐观,且受多种因素的影响,这为制定自我管理干预方案提供了依据。
This is to survey self management behavior status post breast cancer operation, analyzing the influence factors. By using self management behavior scale, Chinese cancer self-efficacy assessment scale and self-designed questionnaire of the general data of 260 patients with breast cancer patients with postoperative questionnaire survey, and analyzes the influence factors. Patients with breast cancer self management behavior in medium low level, the influence factors of self-efficacy, age, educational level and operation. Breast cancer patient postoperative self management situation is not optimistic, and is influenced by many factors, which make self management provides a basis for intervention plans.
