摘要
为了实现国—省—地—市4级应急指挥中心系统的互联互通,适应公司的应急管理和突发事件应急处置工作的开展,分析湖北省电力应急指挥会议系统的现状,并根据国家电网公司的要求,对全省的应急高清视频会议网络系统进行了设计和改造。改造后的组网方案将进一步提高系统的可靠性,满足电力系统N-1的可靠性原则。

Analyse the current situation of Hubei electric power emergency command conference system, according to the requirement of the State Grid Corporation of China, design and improve emergency HD video conference network system in Hubei province. The network after the transformation, will improve the reliability of the system and meet the principle of N-1 reliability of electric power system.
