摘要
目的:观察红光治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取门诊诊治的108例老年性阴道炎患者,其中56例采用常规治疗方法加红光照射治疗(观察组),52例采用常规治疗方法(对照组),观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红光治疗老年性阴道炎疗效佳,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the red light treatment of senile vaginitis. Method 108 cases of senile vagini- tis patients who were treated in clinic from October 2009 to 2011 were selected,of whom 56 were treated with conventional therapy com- bined with red light treatment （observation group）,52 cases with conventional treatment （control group ）,the clinical effects were ob- served. Results The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the relapse rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ~ Conclusion The effect of red light treatment of senile vaginitis is good and worthy of clinical applying.
