磁场对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要 采用581G的旋转磁场对小鼠全身曝磁,观察磁场对小鼠免疫功能的影响,结果表明磁场作用可使胸腺、脾脏重量、血清溶菌酶及IgG含量明显增加;促进B细胞产生和分泌抗体;还可使SRFC显著增多。由此提示,旋磁场可增强机体的非特异性免疫功能和特异性免疫功能。 Thc whole body of mice was exposed to rotating magnetic field with 580G and the effects of magnetic field on immunologic functions were observed in mice. The results showed that the action of magnetic field could increase the weight of thymus and spleen, the contents of lysozyme and IgG in serum. We also found that the antibody production and secretion,the specific rosette forming cells(SRFC) were promoted after the action of magnetic field. Therefore, we would like to say that the rotating magnetic field may strengthen nonspecific and specific immunologic function.
