摘要
辨时论治是中医学认识疾病和处理疾病的基本原则。通过探讨辨时论治的理论来源、基本概念、诊疗思路及辨时论治在发热病理机制和诊疗思路中的具体应用,为中医诊断学辨证体系的发展,为中西医结合研究开辟新的领域。
Treatment based on time differentiation is the basic principle of the understanding and treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine. Theoretical sources, basic concept, patho- logical mechanism, diagnosis and treatment thoughts of the treatment based on time differentiation and its application on fever disease were discussed,which may not only develop the syn- drome differentiation system of the diagnostics of traditional Chinese Medicine, but also field for the study of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
