摘要
实验以柠檬酸为配体 ,采用 ISG法制备了钙钛矿型稀土复合氧化物 La MO3 (M为Ni3 +、Co3 +、Cr3 +和 Fe3 + )纳米陶瓷薄膜 ,研究其在还原气氛下的结构与薄膜导电性的关系 ,通过 B位离子对钙钛矿型稀土复合氧化物气体敏感效应影响的考察 ,发现随着还原程度的增大 ,纳米薄膜的化学吸附氧减小 ,氧空位增多 。
LaMO 3 (M=Ni 3+ ,Co 3+ ,Cr 3+ ,Fe 3+ ),the nanocrystalline thin film of perovskite structure complex oxide,is prepared by ISG method.Citric acid is used as chelating agent.The influence of thin film structure in reduced atmosphere on the conductivity is studied.By investigating the effect of ion B on the gas sensitivity of LaMO 3,it is found that as its degree of reduction increases in the LaMO 3,chemisorption oxygen (O -) of thin films decreases,oxygen vacancies increase,and its sheet resistivity R □ ascends greatly.
