摘要
从理论上对硬铝合金的浸锌工艺作了详细的论述。为使直升飞机机轮零件(硬铝材料)适应海洋气候,必须具有足够的抗盐雾性气氛腐蚀能力,锌酸盐浸工艺是提高抗腐蚀能力的较好方法,对硬铝合金的镀镉进行了试验并获得成功,投入了批量生产。
Zn-immersing technology of duralumin alloy are discussed theoretically, in detail Salt-spraying test on the wheel parts of helicopter are made in order to meet the oceanic climate. Zincate immersing technology is a better way to inhancc the corrosion resisting ability. The cadmium plating on duralumin alloy are tested, resulting in great sucess, which has been brought into mass production.
