摘要
研制了旋具杆部镀铬与头部发黑的复合处理工艺。确定了镀层组合与发黑前酸洗用酸的种类,以及发黑端电镀时的保护方法;介绍了镀液、煮黑溶液的工艺参数,以及溶液的配制方法。工艺应用效果良好,并能满足工业上大批量生产要求。
The technique of combined treatments applying chrome plating to the rod and blackening to the head for screwdrivers are investigated.The combination of plating layers, the type of acid used for pickling before blackening and the protection of the blackened end during electroplating are determined; the technological parameters of the electroplating and blackening solutions and its formulation are also introduced. The technological effect applied to production is good and it meets the needs of mass production in industry.
