介绍离子注入表面改性技术的原理和设备,列举了在金属表面改性中的应用。经离子注入后,某些金属材料的耐蚀、耐磨和抗氧化性能可提高近1000倍。离子注入表面改性技术适用于高技术。
This paper reviewed the principles and apparatus of ion implantation surface modification, listed out the applications of ion implantation in the surface modification of metal materials
