摘要
利用62对SSR引物对36个结球甘蓝种质材料进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,有40对SSR引物在36个种质材料间表现为多态性。共检测到146个等位基因位点,每对引物的等位基因位点变幅为2~7个,平均为3.65个,有效等位基因数为127.88个,平均为3.20个。每个SSR位点的多态信息量(PIC)变化范围为0.182~0.832,平均为0.644。36个种质材料间遗传相似系数变幅为0.473~0.815,平均为0.720。UPGMA聚类分析结果显示,在相似系数为0.62的水平上可将36个甘蓝种质材料聚为三大类群,利用SSR分子标记可以从DNA水平上进行结球甘蓝遗传多样性分析。
Genetic diversities of 36 cabbage germplasm were analysed by 62 SSR primers, and 40 SSR primers performed polymorphism. A total of 146 allelie loci were detected and the average number of allele loci per SSR marker was 3.65 with a range from 2 to 7. The effective alleles were 127. 88 with an average of 3.20. The value of allelic polymorphism information content ( PIC ) ranged from 0. 182 to 0. 832, with an average of 0. 644 per SSR marker. The average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.720 with a range from 0. 473 to 0. 815. UPGMA clustering analysis showed that the 36 cabbage germplasm could be classified into three groups at similarity coefficient of 0. 62, assigning cabbage to geographical origins and revealing its maturity relationship to a certain extent. SSR markers could be employed in diversity identification at DNA molecular level.
