大肠癌的规范化手术治疗+基础化疗 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察应用大肠癌的规范化手术治疗+基础化疗的效果。方法:选择大肠癌患者40例,都采用采用规范化手术治疗+基础化疗。结果:经过治疗后无CR病例,有效率为52.5%,随访3个月的死亡率为0。不良反应发生率为37.5%,均经对症治疗缓解。随着治疗时间的推荐,CEA与CA19-9值都明显降低,不同时间点对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,规范化手术治疗+基础化疗在一定程度上提高生存率,减轻不良反应。
