摘要
紫心甘薯富含花青素,具有多种保健功能,为了加速紫心甘薯的育种进程,对从日本引进的紫心甘薯资源凌紫进行特性鉴定,并通过配组杂交对其作为亲本利用价值进行评价。鉴定结果表明:凌紫的薯肉为深紫色,每100 g鲜薯花青素含量93.85 mg,薯块干物率36%,中抗黑斑病和茎线虫病,开花性较好。利用凌紫为亲本配制了15个杂交组合。结果表明,15个杂交组合的平均结实率为15.85%,杂交组合后代的平均中选率为4.46%。采用杂交育种的方法,从凌紫×川薯69的组合后代中创新出优异的紫心甘薯品种宁紫薯2号。
Purple-fleshed sweetpotato is rich in anthocyanins which are endowed with multiple physiologi- cal functions. In order to accelerate the purple-fleshed sweetpotato breeding process, purple-fleshed variety Ayamurasaki introduced from Japan was identified in Nanging and evaluated in the purple -fleshed sweetpotato breeding. The results showed that Ayarnurasaki with deeper purple-fleshed contained anthocyanin 93.85 mg/ 100g, dry matter content 36%, and with middle resistance to black rot and stem nematode, and bloomed well. 15 hybrid combinations were made with Ayamurasaki as a parent. The results showed that the average seed - setting rate of 15 combinations wasl5.85%. The average selected rate of 15 combinations was 4.46%. The result of identification showed that Ayamurasaki with better comprehensive agronomic characters might be used as a good gene resource for the improvement of purple-fleshed sweetpotato varieies. A new purple-fleshed sweetpotato variety Ningzhishu 2 was selected from the combination of Ayamurctsaki × Chuanshu 69.
