摘要
铝电解电容器的阳极腐蚀是在电场作用下的动态腐蚀。分析了阳极腐蚀的原因和抑制方法 ,详细论述应用于电解液的缓蚀剂的种类及作用机理。所用缓蚀剂主要有胺类、酮类、羧酸类、喹啉类和金属化合物等 ,它们能抑制由氯离子、硫酸根离子等所引起的腐蚀。
The reasons of cationic corrosion of electrolytic capacitor and prevention methods are analyzed. The kinds of corrosion inhibitors used in electrolytes and their mechanisms of action are presented in detail. The inhibitors are amine, acetone, carboxylic acid, quinoline and their derivatives and metal compounds, etc. They can retard the corrosions caused by Cl and SO 2 4 and so on. (16 refs.)
