摘要
在离合器执行机构力学及参数分析的基础上,建立了离合器转矩控制模型。根据干式DCT离合器动力学模型,提出了干式DCT离合器转矩标定方法,并在Matlab/Simulink软件平台上建立了离合器转矩标定的离线模型。通过对搭载DCT的样车进行试验测试,建立了离合器转矩与离合器执行机构控制参数之间的关系。测试结果表明,所提出的基于转矩的离合器控制参数标定方法具有较高的标定精度,达到了离合器转矩实际控制的要求。
According to the dynamic analysis of clutch actuator parameters, the model of clutch torque control is established. The calibration method for DCT clutch torque is proposed based on the dry DCT clutch dynamic model. The off-line calibration model of clutch torque is built up using Matlab/Simulink software. This method is applied to a test vehicle equipped with DCT. The correlation between clutch torque and control parameters is validated on testing vehicle. The results prove that the calibration method for DCT clutch torque has high precision , and the correlation re- alizes the requirement of actual control of clutch torque.
