摘要
近年来,我国食品质量安全事件发生频繁,从"瘦肉精"、"地沟油"、"三聚氰胺"到"水解皮革蛋白"和"双汇蛆虫"等,食品质量安全已经成为影响人们健康安全的重要问题。首先提出食品安全事件的严重性;然后从博弈论的视角出发,对原材料提供商、生产加工企业以及消费者三者的行为进行博弈分析,了解各方为实现各自利益最大化可能采取的策略,进一步找出食品质量安全问题产生的根源;最后,针对各方的问题以及现行食品监管体系和法律法规体系存在的缺陷提出几点思考。
In recent years, China＇ food quality and safety incidents occur frequently, from ＂clenbutero＂, ＂trench oil＂, ＂melamine＂ to ＂hydrolyzed leather protein＂ and ＂shuanghui maggots＂, food quality and safety problem has become an important problem which affects people＇ s life health and safety. First, it puts forward the seriousness of food safety. Then from the perspective of game theory, it takes game analysis to raw materi- als providers, production and processing enterprise, and consumers＇ behaviors, and learns their strategies for achieving respective maximum interests, further find out the root causes of food quality and safety. Finally, in view of the problem of the parties and current food regulatory system, laws and regulations system, it puts for- ward several thoughts.
