基于嵌入式以太网的高速列车交会气动特性实车测试系统

摘要 针对高速列车交会气动特性实车试验过程中测试数据复杂的现状和现有PC-DAQ式测试系统的不足,研究了测试系统基本结构、动态压力传感器信号调理、数据采集和传输,设计了基于嵌入式以太网技术的高速列车交会气动参数分布式实车测试系统。系统采用仪表放大器AD8555实现动态压力信号的调理,大大简化了前向通道;以嵌入式微处理器STM32F207ZGT6为主控芯片,以RTL8201BL作为物理层收发器,基于LwIP协议栈实现与客户端PC机的以太网数据传输。实验调试结果表明,系统稳定、可靠,可有效解决现有集中式系统布线复杂、易受干扰、难以扩展的问题,能满足实车试验需求。 Aiming at the actuality of hard measuring data and problems of the existing PC - DAQ system used in full scale test, the basic structure of testing system, the conditioning circuit of pressure sensor signal, the method of data acquisition and transmission were studied. A distributed measurement system in full - scale aerodynamics test based on embedded Ethernet was designed. In this system, a signal conditioning circuit based on the instru-mentation amplifier AD8555 was achieved and the forward - channel was simplified immensely. By using embed- ded microprocessor STM32F207ZGT6 as main control chip and RTL8201BL as PHY, Ethernet data transmission was realized based on LwIP protocd. The results show that the system is reliable, stable and effective in solving the problems of cabling complexity, low EMI and poor scalability in the existing system, which can fully meet the requirements of full-scale aerodynamics test.
